This session will explore the diagnosis and management of Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome. Attention will be paid to the differential diagnosis of lateral hip pain with a focus on the diagnostic clues to assist you in your clinical reasoning. The risk factors for this condition will be presented and discussed with support given towards considering how the modifiable risk factors can be addressed within a holistic management plan. The management of this condition will be presented with reference to the available literature and will include the education, rehab and injection therapy options available to clinicians.
