About The Webinar

This webinar will consider a stepped model of practice for identifying and tackling obstacles that individuals with a health issue face in staying in work or returning to work, so that you can decide how you can best support your patients based on whatever level of knowledge and scope of practice you feel is most appropriate for you. We will look at some tools and strategies that you can use to support your patient in problem solving and planning; tools to facilitate communication between key players; and aspects you may want to refer on to more specialist input. We will also look at resources available for you to use and resources for signposting on.
